Capture in the field, offline by default.
The capture app is built for the field. Trade fairs (including in mainland China, where you have no internet), supplier sites, retail stores. Whatever your team types or photographs is saved as they enter it. If the battery dies or the app closes, nothing is lost. Everything captured — supplier records, business-card photos, product photos, voice notes, competitor product observations — feeds the same searchable history the rest of the team queries.
Works without internet
Trade fairs in mainland China, supplier factory visits, retail competitor research — the capture app works without internet. It syncs when you reconnect. Nothing typed is ever lost.
The app runs fully offline by default; mainland-China fair capture and remote supplier sites with no signal are in scope. The app syncs when connectivity returns; multi-day offline trips don't lose data.
Nothing typed is ever lost
Whatever your team enters is saved on the device the moment they enter it — before anything else happens. A dead battery, a force-quit, or a crash mid-sentence doesn't cost you the sentence. We test this the hard way: the app is deliberately crashed, force-quit, and drained mid-entry, and the entry has to survive.
