Search in plain English from your AI client.
Buying teams at B2B wholesale importers spend years building knowledge about suppliers, products, and competitor ranges — what was quoted last year, who's reliable, which factories make which SKUs, what a particular sales rep is like in person, what's already on the shelf at the competition. Most of that knowledge ends up in trade-fair and supplier-visit Word reports that get filed in shared drives and never read again. When someone leaves the team, their knowledge leaves with them.
localforms is two things. An app the buying team uses in the field — at trade fairs, supplier visits, and retail stores. And a searchable history of everything they capture, plus all your old reports, that anyone can query from their AI client in plain English.
One connected record
The searchable history holds everything in your team's record — suppliers, fairs, supplier visits, products, reports — as a single connected record. Your existing AI client (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) connects to it directly. Ask anything in plain English, get an answer with a citation back to the original source.
Citations as the trust signal
Every fact in every answer points back to a source document, page, and snippet — often with the original photo. You don't have to trust the AI on faith; you can verify any answer against the report it came from. That's why the searchable history is useful for real buying decisions, not just exploration.
How AI clients connect
Your AI client (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor — whichever your team uses) connects to your data through MCP, the standard AI clients use to talk to external systems. Nothing to install on your side; no copy-paste, no separate product to log into. Your team asks questions in their existing chat window.
How your data is held
Each customer's data is held in its own dedicated database — there's no shared storage; no other customer's queries can reach your data. Hosting is EU/UK by default; other regions are available on request. We don't train AI models across customers; anything trained on your data is only ever used for you. The full list of third parties that touch your data is in your data-processing agreement and updated when it changes.
