What is localforms?
localforms is two things for B2B wholesale-import buying teams. An offline-first capture app the team uses in the field — at trade fairs, supplier visits, and retail stores doing competitor research — plus a searchable history of everything captured and everything imported from your existing reports. Your team searches it from the AI client they already use.
Who is it for?
Buying teams at B2B wholesale importers — typically 3–30 people — who source from international fairs, visit suppliers, and want to keep an eye on what competitors are stocking. Common verticals: giftware, homeware, garden, seasonal, décor, toys, hardware, small electricals. UK-based teams sourcing from China are the immediate fit; European and US teams with similar shapes are the broader fit.
Do I have to install something or learn a new tool?
The buying team uses an offline-first capture app in the field. Everyone else searches the history through the AI client they already use (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor). Senior leadership gets reports in the format they already read, delivered to the folder or inbox they already check — no new tool for them at all.
Can I keep using my existing report format?
Yes. Reports come out in your team's required format — including older formats that drag-and-drop builders can't reproduce — and are delivered to the channel your team already uses. Whatever exact format your senior people prefer, that's what they get.
Does the capture app work offline at fairs in China and on supplier visits with no signal?
Yes. The app runs fully offline by default; mainland-China fair capture and remote supplier sites with no signal are in scope. Whatever your team types is saved as they enter it. The app syncs when connectivity returns; multi-day offline trips don't lose data.
How is my data held? Where does it live?
Each customer's data is held in its own dedicated database — there's no shared storage. Hosting is EU/UK by default; other regions are available on request. We don't train AI models across customers; anything trained on your data is only ever used for you. The full list of third parties that touch your data is in your data-processing agreement.
Do I need IT to set this up?
Signup, single-sign-on, and team invites take a few minutes and don't require dedicated IT. The deeper setup — bringing in your old reports, tuning the system for your report formats, wiring delivery to your channels — is concierge work we do for you. You don't configure it; you use it.
How is it priced?
